I'm literally half way there. I drink 5+ Ls of water daily. I study 8-10 hours a day. I just have to get some exercise into my schedule. I just walk few steps like 400-500 (intentionally) in a day. Otherwise I do move a lot during the day. I already have a healthy diet. Already I've cut off junk food. Rarely once or twice in a month or so I consume. I eat purely healthy home cooked very less oily food (I'm a vegetarian). I do read in my free time. Curently reading- 48 laws of power. (|need to make it regular)

I accept this challenge with slight modifications (01/04/2024 - 19/06/2024), I have kept 3 days extra count as I already know inbetween ill have to take 3days holiday for attending my competitive exams. 1. 9 hrs studying 2. 3.5 to 4lts water 3. 45mins to 1hr exercise 4. Bro.... Yr... 😒even after accepting this challenge..I can only do it 28 days in a month because 2 days of periods 😖 are literally a hell for me... 75 Hard challenge Acceptes I have chabged it a bit as I am a sutudent. 1. Drink 4l of water daily. 2. No junk food, only healthy food 3. 15 min outdoor workout +45 min indoor workout 4. study 4 hours daily (productively) 5. No po*n or masturbation 6. Your two workouts that day can be lighter, for outdoor workout you can just walk... for resistance training you can do very light load. Or you can modify the challenge to suit your needs.
