I'm using Noc to climb right now. One of the issues is that if you let the game go too long, it starts to become harder to be useful to your team. Not saying he's not, just saying harder. Patience is key esp late game. Your team will troll you "why aren't you helping." Just ignore or turn off chat, as usual but esp w/ Noc and blast some music. Wait for the right moment and he is a beast even in team fights. Noc is strong early game in contesting jung and after 6 (esp with axiom) he is great at boosting lanes. As with any squishy assassin, just watch out for CC. Seems Noc's better items don't have a lot of MR (you can but it hinders him a bit), and find he works best against ADCs and countering other assassin players. Don't forget that if nothing is happening, Noc can roam. If needed, you can ult in at the right moment. If you're watching this vid, you know about camera control already (I hope).

for late game along with conq rune, adding kit to more sustain. stridebreaker and lethaltempo is op to get snowball early and pick kills easily at lanning phase. if the enemy can not kite you, more sustain and playing for late prefer conq/drinker...

If we're talking about the deaths dance/ga those items are more for the passives than anything, would probably still build if the armor was switched for mr. I'd assume tabis>mercs this game because 1. probably has tenacity runes 2. spell shield and they don't really have that much cc most of which are skillshots. Looking at their team vayne/riven going to be his biggest threats

Vayne fed, riven may easily become powerhouse, their main dps source... elise falls mid-late game, you can dodge ahri charm with noc barrier... He plays noc as bruiser build goredrinker-conq to more sustain ...other choice lethaltempo-stridebreaker for earlypower and add soft cc to pick kills easily prevents kiting etc... nocturne kit is design to be assassin', diving backline and getting kill squishes, but he s very fragile once all into backline no escape mechanism like invis or high mobile assassins . So pickin GA is a 3rd item great option. if u die till team follows up, u already kill their adc or high prio target and joining team yet again... Deathdance as 2nd item great option, after streak gage nerf,... buffing ddance is broken... 4th item is optional depends on comp and enemy.... Why asssasin pick bruiser-tankish items ? for 2-3 man skirmishes, i.e when they are picking fed adc 2vs2 fight, he doesn't die easily to give up to fight and bruiser items dont hinder so much that he can play same time acting like assassin roleplay at teamfights as it supposed to be.... summary as u see, even fed adc cant fight against op bruiser items and hitting like truck at the same time while getting semi-tankish.
