THIS CHINESE DIGGER IS BUILT LIKE A TANK! SUNWARD 2.5 TONNES MINI DIGGER!

Today we're reviewing a Chinese made digger called a Sunward 25, it's a 2.5 tonne machine with a three cylinder Yanmar engine which is surprisingly easy to operate, China has been busy perfecting the compact mini digger design, at this rate they'll soon be giving the Japanese brands a run for their money!

I have got A IHI 2.7 ton, with a yanmar engine, my dad is a Hitachi person really but this IHI has been very good.

Digger looked decent enough with a good spec, guess time will tell on the reliability stakes. I recently hired a 2.7t digger to get some jobs done it too was a non main stream brand did all i needed to do on a sniff of Diesel it had 3k hours showing yet still felt tight and was on the button.

Hi Ollie, I know it’s good to look at other machines and try them out that’s how we learn more about what’s out there in the industry for digger brands and other machines. How did it feel in the cab, I know zero swing small machines aren’t the most spacious and I was wonder if you do full days work in it would you come out with a bad back from being cramped. At the moment it only seems like Takeuchi and Kabota have it sourced. Like I said I know it’s a small machine and there not built for luxury but you still want it to be a pleasant place to sit if your in it for 8 hours a day as some people are. Cheers 👍🏻

I’ve got one of the exact same machine, 2020 model and it’s been great. Use it as a building contractor for everything, great value machine, ( the hydraulic system is Japanese ) 👍

Yes, it’s going to be interesting in the future to see what happens, you see the Kubota tractors around now mainly on feeder wagons or scrapers just basic jobs
