@@yugi.woah11 I have a suggestion: wouldnt it be better to search renaud with durendal? you can special him with ha-re on the field and add back the durendal (equip this to charles instead of oliver), then in end phase you equip durendal from GY to link charles. Assuming you added renaud, durendal can then special summon back renaud from GY if the opponent deals with link charles (this warrior locks you but you can do the armored xyz plays before most of the time), then renaud can add back any equip from the GY or banish (or any fire warrior), providing even more followup

@@lennartmenz256 so typically, we do use Renaud but in *this* version, Oliver adds more value because often times we can convert Oliver into a tuner with an equip in hand rather than require a fire warrior on field to proc Renaud (which we don’t have many). I hope that makes sense!

Just subscribed as you made me interested in Mikanko. Looking forward to the decklist so I know which Mikanko cards to pick up. Also do you have combo lines for starting with Mikanko cards or would they be considered bricks?

@@Regigigas-ny2rd appreciate the sub! Plays typically do not start with Mikanko cards, unless you have something like arabesque equipped to psychic tracker or wheeleder. If you take a peek at my channel, you’ll see a variety of ways in which the Mikanko cards can be used!

@@jaredricci9278 it’s a good tool to help break boards, but requires more setup than is necessary (even as a Pileup target, it’s hard to get it into rotation). This variant is pretty good playing into boards already thanks to the Mikanko’s.

@@user-cm4rv5ko3j the charmies are awful for us - we play a Crossout package in the side to address that, in addition to non-engine to hopefully counter it. It is what it is. You can play some low-ceiling boards through Fuwo, but you’re hoping that will be enough.

Idk your list and i am curious on the updated deckprofile but i think its not a budget as that i will be able to buy this and an anti fuwaloss deck like idk dinomorphia . Sad that all the cool rogue decks lose to fuwa

@@user-cm4rv5ko3j I mean, look at it this way: you’re hoping your opponent is going to draw an unsearchable 3-of in their first 5 cards (useless if it’s their 6th), whereas you have a plethora options to play the game using this deck. People are scared of the card, but statistically, you may not even see it 1/3rd of the games you play. Just something to consider!

@@mythostcg you can 100% acid golem lock your opponent with Goblin Mikanko, but we do not need Ken/Gen to do it. My playtest and theory partner Sneaks has devised several easy ways to do it. I’m hoping to show what that looks like on the channel. The only issue with Acid Golem is it’s vulnerability to being tributed rather easily now that Fiendsmith is the engine of choice, and Bystials are shifting into main deck territory.
