That was a great video...I'm the complete opposite of you, I destroy the early game then lose in the late game with jhin. Could you tell me a tip how to stop doing that and how to play the late game?

It depends on the elo. It's always easier to destroy early game in lower elos compared to higher elos. My tip would be to focus on positioning so you can stay alive and win the fights. If you die first then there is no one alive to carry your team. Also, if you go late game make sure to build the correct late game items like last whisper, lifesteal, qss, etc.. Whatevr you need.
