This concrete job was tricky!

Join the concrete crew as we set up and pour a patio and some sidewalk. This one was not as straightforward as some of the jobs that we do. The difficulty with this project was getting the water to flow around the garage as there was very little pitch to work with. We pulled it off and I even went back to check on it while it was raining and it was working perfect. Enjoy!

Great comment. I’m only 37 been doing construction but I have worked with some horrible and I mean horrible bosses. Some of them should have gotten arrested for the stuff they have done to their crew. Ryan is definitely one in 1 million. Great boss to have. I have 4 little kids and I try to raise them every day with common sense, hoping they always treat people with respect. Thank you for your service in the HVAC industry. I did not work in it but I know it’s not a easy job. I was in the foundation work. Truck driving work as well. I don’t know when your birthday was but happy 80th. 💪

Ryan is so nice giving his guys so much work. A lot of bosses pay only by the hours worked, not by the day and will send people home as soon as there is nothing to do without pay. Good luck on getting paid on rain days too or if there is no jobs. I think Victory employees have a good thing going for them.

It’s sad that they don’t see that though. Well, at least some of them take extreme advantage. He even gave all of their wives holiday checks last year on Christmas. You’re not getting that anywhere else. I used to work for a differential concrete company and we didn’t even get paid on the way back to the shop and we worked 2+ hrs from our shop. You only got paid to the job site but didn’t get paid on the way back even though you were in company vehicles. Once you left the job site you were clocked out.
