Hmm. To be honest, massage chairs a tier lower than this is around $3000 US in Asia. Ours here is about $2500 and it comes with everything save for the shoulder bags and the light therapy thing. I feel $15,000 is really too high for what you have here and majority of the time, the sound stage will never be good since they often skimp out on the speakers. Many people I know in China and Philippines don't even bother with the sound and just focus on the massage. I, for one, feel the light therapy thing is useless and they should really just focus on getting your pressure points and comfort level down pat. To its credit though, this massage chair looks bigger than the typical asian models though so you know this is made with the western market in mind.

I'd agree with Alex, especially since there's clearly no room for wearing headsets. If I could wear my nice wireless headset (wired may be an issue here) then fine. But given there's no room to wear a full headset in this thing, you're pretty reliant on the built in speakers or smaller in/around earpieces. Especially at the cost on their website... like sure it's a massage chair and not a speaker for that cost, but to many, music or sound can add to relaxation.
