Congrats on your new bow sir. Looking forward to seeing your content with this bow. We got about 4 months in my area before we are allowed to chase whitetail again.

I actually impulse bought the VXR and it has served me well compared to the old Hoyt I had shot before. I wasn’t expecting the performance and it’s a very nice bow… I’m still going to mow lawns for a Lift though 😂

I just snagged a kitted out 28 VXR for my first bow. How much was that bare one off ebay? You said budget build but never dove into the price you paid. I love how compact it is, and it shoots tight groups. Cant wait to take her on a hunt!

I love it too! I was able to get it for $600 which for a flagship bow was definitely a good deal.

@@Headed_North sick! Looks in great condition. Mine came with 70lbs mods in, I switched them out for 60lb mods and had the bow tuned at a pro shop. Robin hooded for my first time the other day at 20y.. lol dint wanna do that again. I'm realizing i actually got a killer deal with mine. Takes a second to figure out the used bow market. Love the vid good luck on your bow shop!

you need a press so you can get that hole much closer with top hats so you dont have to move your rest so much and change your center shot. maybe stand a little farther back from the paper

Take that bow to a shop to have it tuned. There’s only so much you can do without a press. Changing draw lengths you’re supposed to change the rest cord length or you’ll mess up cam timing, they’ll re-center the rest and flip top hats instead of the rest to tune your side to side tear aswell. Good vid👍

Killer setup brother and a bow press would definitely be an upgrade
@wcwcgarner27176 ай бұрын
@@Headed_Northwhen you get a bow press. You can flip the top hats and put your rest back to 13/16. That is what mathews center shot is at. And your bow will shoot better down range. Good luck wt your shop.

Bro never pull the bow back without an arrow period.

Not a good idea shooting w/o a wrist strap, you don't want the bow jumping out of your hand.
