Could you create a video comparing the best setups for playing Halo? It would be helpful to see a detailed comparison between the Xbox Series X/S and PC, as well as TV versus monitor setups. Pc + 240hz+ monitor is really the only way for the game to feel it's smoothest. Otherwise it's not really worth comparing. However if you have solid gun skills, understand spawns, use the sandbox, and have good team fundamentals, you could get to d6 or low onyx on an xbox.

I’ve been playing halo since 2001 when I was 15 yrs old and it’s definitely come a long way but I think as far as it’s come it’s time to dial it back some and work toward a truly even playing field again. In my opinion, FPS games should be played on a console (Xbox) with a specific monitor and controller (Xbox). It’s the only way to truly determine real skill versus hardware having an impact
