Some streamers I watch lack a lot of that awareness when an enemy is positioned in a certain way. It makes it more obvious about their next move cause of their own position so they just move accordingly. Very cool stuff

Korea and apac regions tend to focus on mechanics more, NA have a stronger macro and team based beliefs system nowadays i feel (NA coaching), so they just give up fights way earlier cuz they lack the mechanics to turn a fight but also dont believe/ cope about it more. Dive regions vs brawl/rush region contrasts i guess.

NA used to be more competitive mechanically back in ow2 when lobby avg was around 4.4 or almost. Nowadays NA t500 is kind of a joke probably due to the smaller and shrunken player pool. Most bottomline t500 (like 4.4+ is like top 10 starting placement peak now or smt, with end season mmr maybe anything around T30), they just dont play the game for consistent hours anymore, really need the stars to align some nights.

Just from watching yes the Korean servers are faster and way more sweaty. Someone else pointed out how they always stay near ledges and corners tk avoid slam, the moira flicking to fully utilise coal, the tracers nutty movement. Its sm faster and precise
