Partially disagree with you.. If they had better jobs, they would go for better quality ones and it's used more for entertainment.. Rather In this scenario it looks more of desperation that these are ppl running out of money and to forger their problems completely they consume in such mode that they aren't aware of what's happening for a longer duration than ever.. So basically that's d difference between ppl having jobs with money using for entertainment purpose eventually may get addicted but not fall to this extent as they have money to withstand..

Sir I went to Amritsar, A sacred place and their I found young people of below 30 submerged totally in drugs, they used to do crime to generate money for drugs their is no consciousness, no hope... Situation is fcuked up & getting worsen day by day, if concrete steps didn't taken asap than we're going to witness Sierra Leone type situation in our own Nation with our own People
