Just out of experience 21 days hes telling serms incorrect if ladu made of pure ghee and had no water content can hv shelf life from 3 to 4 months

You are absolutely correct. We are also ladoo manufacturer under the name of Abhipray food products. Shelf life of Besan, Nachani, Moong ladoo is atleast 3 months to 6 months. On the other hand, Dink ladoo has shelf life of 30 days to 45 days if coconut is completely dry and ladoo is dried 100 % after preparation. Methi ladoo also has shelf life of 3 months

I had ordered from them. But, most of the ladoos were broaken. Quantity of Ghee was less in ladoos, therefore lesser binding. On the contrary, WOW ladoos are better in taste and packing.

Engineer are meant for innovation of new things .. not Pani puri , idly vada , laddu , tea etc ...if ur father wants to become laddu seller he won't spend that much money , even society also won't invest ...
