This Creamy Garlic Tuscan Shrimp was so DELICIOUS & Filling. A Must Try❣️

Hi Belleoveds, this was so delicious and filling! give it a try....
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons salted butter
6 cloves garlic finely diced
1 pound shrimp or prawns, tails on or off
1 yellow onion small, diced
5 oz sun dried tomato strips
1 ¾ cups half and half
1 pinch salt to taste
1 pinch pepper to taste
3 cups baby spinach leaves washed
⅔ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoons of water - optional
2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs (just dried parsley will do)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (If you don't have parsley substitute for Spinach *I have a video on how I made it*)
