Just did the math for Cyclops Ult CD and its disgusting. Using a 45 % CDR (10.5 secs) and every hit from skills reduce the skills cooldown by 0.5 seconds. 10.5−((0.5×5)+(0.5×2)+.5) = 6.5 Added temporal reign you get another set of skills 1 and 2 which means: 6.5-((0.5×5)+(0.5×2)) = 3 (lower than julians and suoyu) This is so disgustingly good, that (1) you cant outrun him due to mobility (2) his dps is high (3) he'll just spam you to death (4) with a proper team he is basically invincible (5) added sustain just makes him unbereable
