This dam is full of tiger fish!!!

our yearly easter trip to jozini dam south africa really turned into a fishing frenzy catching good size tigers in thier numbers.....with the usual crew and my son jake.

No not at all ..... near the dam wall I would say try the bay on the left as you exit the gorge fish depths between 5 to 11 meters there is also a a old pump g House close to nkonkoni side ..... use chicken hearts and sardine for bait and I throw a dirty prawn it's a bucktail they work well if you get a small tiger put a fillet on the hook as a trailer this increases the bite ..... just note that that dam is huge and wind plays a massive factor on where and how you can fish so be sure to check the wind apps before your days fishing Tight lines bud!!!!

Camps name is actually Mpelane camp at Pongola Game reserve. Nice fishing though
