Great analysis Aaron. We switched to using cash for all purchases about a couple years ago. (Except some monthly bills and gas for the car) We have saved THOUSANDS by doing this. Turns out it is easier to tap a credit card than it is to part with a $100 dollar bill. Its amazing how much more aware of our spending that we are now.

i work in retail industry. And many of the customers spend too much. And they have more than one credit card. Why lots of people get in debt.

But if pay in full when your statement is before the balance is due on your credit card there is not a problem as your not paying interest . I se my credit card for paying my excess fares but I know my employer will pay it pack to me. Your correct about paying by card it dose not make us think about how much it costs or if we need the item. I see many people buy the latest top of the range mobile phones personally I don't buy the most expensive one I buy sim free one paid for in full by myself not on finance

Somewhat correct but that's generally quite hit and miss. I've had a lot of experience with youtube and a lot of the time, I haven't found tags & descriptions to make too much of a difference. I do appreciate the advice though, thanks for the help 🙂
