They lose this ability when being tugged, and have no ability to move for .5 seconds after you begin your attack. Thus these next steps will *GUARANTEE THE HIT* - Spearhook - Pull back a bit while trying to reel in more until survivor is centered into the window - Lunge at the window for your guaranteed hit.
