Thank you so much for your videos! I really wanna try to run lantern this season, but without your videos i would think that it is unplayable in current meta.

The meta is still very unstable, we will see if Lantern Control can still do well once the new meta is established. I think Lantern is very versatile, though! It has a chance in any meta, and the decks it struggles against like Green Tron and Amulet Titan are not doing very well right now. The deck is hard and takes practice, so don't be discouraged if you do poorly your first several leagues with it! I had a LOT of 0-4 and 0-5 MTGO Leagues I had to suffer through before I started to believe I could win anything ^_^. Thanks for the kind words, I'm happy this is helping people!

Is this in response to Match 2 Game 1? I think extracting the sagas would've made sense, that's a good point. I didn't know what their Sagas could tutor yet, and Shambling Ghast is not a very important card for me to Extract. Thanks for pointing that out ^_^. Thanks for commenting.

@@entuo hi! my concern wasn't about the tutors, but the information about the double saga hand was known, and the sheer size and the continuity of their gameplan ought to be stopped, regardless of tutor. also, shuffle effect! I know that the time Frame to extract would have been just one after the trigger on the first chapter on the second saga, but would have avoided the constructor's blowout. anyhoo. I didn't mean anything bad by commenting that, I am just a silly gal shouting "extract those saga!!" at the screen 😊. I love lantern, although I mostly play legacy. but since is easier to find a modern FNM I will rebuild lantern. will be golgari, I believe. big fan of veil of summer. ciao

@@artist91fb Good points, I would not have had to name Saga with the Disruptor Flute if I extracted the Sagas! If you need decklists I recommend checking out the community Discord linked in the video description, most players are on Golgari right now and will be able to help you with a stock list, or help you optimize whatever you build!
