Elusive decks are basically when a deck's Win-Con rely on at least 10 dmg through direct elusive hits. So there are 3 types of decks: Elusive, Non-Elusive, and Hybrid Elusive. - TF Fizz, Zed Poppy (Ionia elusives), and Zoe Teemo are prime examples of Elusive Decks. - Teemo Cait is, in fact, a Non-elusive deck since the nexus dmg dealt by elusive is 2-5 on average (all by Teemo). - Hybrid Elusive are the decks that have access to Elusive but are inconsistent with them and most times it is just a complementary source of Win-Con. An excellent example is Zoe Victor. In that deck only Zoe is elusive but Victor can roll naturally the Elusive keyword, they have access to Elusives via invoke and last but not least a flipped Zoe grants everything Elusive. But the deck itself doesn't rely solely on Elusives to win. It can win with Scourge and overwhelm or even Victor overwhelm. Or simply power-heal through aggro decks and beat them by sheer value. So yes, that's an Elusive Hybrid deck.

if a 1/1 elusive had "Nexus Strike: Deal 20 damage to the enemy nexus" you'd count that as elusive damage. Teemo's puffcaps come from his elusive nexus strike, and if you let him just punch you in the face he will level up and kill you on his own. I think that's enough to make it a clear hybrid deck by your definitions.

@@arcadeleviathan619 Something like a puffcap peddler clearly isn't elusive (although it is unavoidable). The concept of puffcaps is not elusive. But that's the same way that a Viktor or a Pantheon isn't elusive. But they do have the potential win condition of hitting you for big elusive damage in the same way that Teemo has the potential to hit you for hundreds of elusive puffcaps. If Teemo read "Nexus Strike: Shuffle a million puffcaps" then there wouldn't be any debate that his puffcaps were a form of elusive damage. In practice an unanswered Teemo can fairly easily shuffle in 60 puffcaps on its own, alongside 6 or so direct elusive damage. That quickly crosses your threshold of 10 elusive damage.

Isnt about how many elusive a deck has, but how impactful the keyword is for the win con. Teemo cant win without being elusive, and gain a lot of value from its elusive cards striking. Any deck that has elusive as part of its main wincon and need the keyword for it, its a elusive deck
