JC MmmBrains He is talking more about the state of arena and the standard meta more than random occurrences of stream sniping which only happens to top streamers. To be fair, he almost won legitimately all 3 times, and only came close the last time because he was sniping. Seems like a good experience to me.

Surprises me that so many people are like "Hey, at least he conceded!" What does that accomplish beyond letting him see a number hit 12 in a completely meaningless fashion? We aren't exactly talking about someone who needs the max arena awards here - he's playing because he enjoys the games themselves and the experience of playing against other random decks. The purpose of an arena match is already arguably ruined the moment someone deliberately times their queues to queue into you several times and you have to play against the same deck several times in the same run, let alone actively sniping/knowing your deck/tracking your hand for an unfair advantage.

Agreed, but I feel like there's something about this mentality that should be considered; Out of 3 games, Kripp won 2 of them. Maybe the concede was in recognition that Kripp rightfully won the trio of games, and deserved the 12 wins. Still, the guy shouldn't be sniping.

Just let your subs join the guild, doesn't mean they have to raid with you. If they want to raid, make them apply for a raider rank. Lots of players in a guild generates income, and you'll have extra players if you're ever short. win/win in my mind.

Just FYI Kripp every normal tcg gaurentees rarities. If you buy the actual way you're recommended to (in booster box sets, not booster packs) you're gaurenteed a certain number of legendaries, uniques, etc. For instance Yugioh, Magic, Pokemon etc etc all had either a certain number, or a range like 3-4, or 4-5, or a static number of "legendary" or whatever the rarities were. This is actually the reason hearthstone has legendary guarantees and such after X packs, they just simulating the box set formula.

I imagine it is following the ccg formula, but the reasoning behind rarity guarantees is more of a way to keep people buying than anything else. One thing I noticed recently, is that cards are given rarities that often make little sense. One thing I noticed in Boomsday for example is that a trash tier card, the one that can only attack when you play a spell, is a rare, and I've gotten it numerous times as my rare. That's when it clicked. They will intentionally give bad cards a rare rating, so that you're getting a "rare" but not getting a good card, which entices you to keep pulling the slot lever. I have spent very little money in this game, so it doesn't really affect me, but it is a shitty thing for them to do.

For the most part, Kripp is mad about the fact that he gets sniped(yes you can "control" the matchmaking in a few ways) , actually looking at his hand is 'ghosting', most snipers do that too tho. Probably hard for other people to understand why hates snipers but if you watch more of his videos about snipers you'll understand him a bit more

@AnthonyBEScott Sniping means trying to get into your game by looking at your stream and timing your queue to align at the same time so the game picks you as oponent. The chances of same person to queue into you 2 times in same arena run without using this tactic is minimal hence it is safe to assume it is a snipe. If it happens 3 times it is pretty much a given. It is hard to get into same player twice even when trying otherwise there would be much more of this because snipers do try hard to do that. Now. When you snipe you can from that point either play normally or abuse the fact that you know what the player is holding by continuing to watch the stream. Regardless if you do this or not it is still a snipe. It is however safe to assume that the person would look at your hand because why would you drop the advantage which you unfairly got in the first place? Why do it and still concede you may ask? To show off. For fame. For the trollz and lollz.

Honestly at this point I think people are just tired of Hearthstone. The only reason it is still alive is because of people like you, Kripp. The outrageous prices for packs. The single new mechanic in each expansion. The lack of rewards for people still playing this old game. It's stagnated and doesn't hold players' interest like it used to. I hope that Artifact is good. Not because I want it to "win", but because even if it doesn't maybe it will help improve Hearthstone.
