This guy seems like the chillest dude. Going around to friend's houses, bringing them food, feeding their dogs, helping his mom and dad, helping his friends moms and dads, checking in with his friend group, hanging out playing Candy Crush. Everyone needs a dude like this in their life. Stand up dude.

No kidding. We need more people like him around. I'm also the type of friend you can call at 3 am if you need help and not hear excuses like, I have no gas or I gotta work in the morning or blah blah. If I fk with you, I fk with you 100%. If you can't depend on a "friend" to help you with something minute, then don't bother asking them when something serious goes down. Like when people say they didn't answer the phone or text you back because they were "busy". If the president has time to tweet all day, you have time to text me back which literally takes less than 60 seconds.

It's the Reid Technique. it's only purpose is to get a confession. I think the first time it was ever used, back in the 30's or 40's, it got a false confession. Not a good way to do the job, and lots of cops just want to close the case, never mind solving it.

As soon as an innocent person confesses you give the real suspect reasonable doubt and they almost never convict after that. These stupid detectives know that but they are so sure of themselves. Cops are morons. All investigators do is create a story in their heads and then try to make the facts fit the story. This includes lying and fabricating evidence and testimony and even using torture methods on suspects. Like forcing a man who was shot to sit in a police car for 4 hours, then interrogate him for more than an hour before finally getting him to a hospital and killing him. Cops are low IQ thugs who are nothing more than enforcers for the j team that run our corrupt and unsaveable country.

You are wrong about his demeanor. There is not difference between a guilty persons and innocent persons demeanor. You just know the title so you already knew he was innocent. You can't really tell without physical evidence. Demeanor means nothing. I don't care if you go in there after you know a you have a 100 people for an alibi after a few questions you're going to start looking guilty then Anxiety will start kicking in. Never talk without a lawyer even with a good alibi. They might come back and try to bluff you like they did my dad. The first thing he did was provided them with an alibi then demanded a lawyer. They came back an hour later and told him his alibi didn't checkout. If they think you did it there is nothing you can do to make them believe you.

But I think that’s exactly why they were grilling him so much, because most people can’t give minute by minute details like that. If I hadn’t already known it wasn’t him due to the title of the video, I would’ve found it extremely suspicious due to the fact he was able to give them EXACT times, etc… And, he did actually change some of the details about when he took the food to his friends house, but then he blamed that on because he’d just woken up.
@heatherjackson2520
@heatherjackson2520 5 ай бұрын
@victr2098 given he said in his free time he does things like read about science and stuff so I would guess he is a deep thinker like me. In much much less serious situations my mind goes over minute by minute details over and over just like he was explaining. and I would know every single minute to the exact minute, like something happened at 9:37 instead of 9:30 ish like most people would say, just like him. And I may initially be a little bit off but after I think about it over and over I would get it exactly correct as most people would just leave it at their initial statement and not really think much more about it. And on top of the fact that as seen in this video cops constantly interrupt when you're still answering questions which would personally make me confused and even if it didn't, it could make you unintentionally incorrectly answer a question.

Can you please cite your source If you just repeated it cuz you read it in another KZbin comment I hope this helps you think a bit more critically about what you read. It’s just sad that they are specifically trained to work that way. Nothing will ever change if society keeps these methods simply because thats the way its always been done. It’s as ineffective as saying the normal human temperature is a flat 98.6. The widely accepted human temperature of 98.6degrees was based off the average of mostly axillary temperatures(armpit) in a study from the 1800’s. Too many variables that affect body temp weren’t factored into the study such as method, thermometer reliability, age, sex, time of day, activity level- etc… Point being the system could be better and gearing interrogation methods towards the pursuit the truth, not convictions, would be a good way to get the ball rolling.

The police don't actually care about the truth, it doesn't matter who it is or if they are actually guilty or not. They just need to make the narrative fit and have someone to blame. Let's not forget the fact that the number of ("arrests/solved cases") a detective has helps them to quickly move up the ranks in their departments.

You're absolutely right. Not only is it legal for them to lie to you, they are also trained in lying to a suspect. But if you misremember something, not even an intentional lie you'll be charged with a felony. Under no circumstances will I ever talk to a cop.

I enjoyed these subtitles. "Get the fuck outside" became "I parked outside". "Gilepsy" was inaudible but "Cormier" made sense. I mean, it's nonsense and whoever transcribed this may want to have someone with better hearing do it next time but seriously entertaining for my brain that has to simultaneously listen and read anything on the screen.

This is the problem with many investigators and their blind adherence to the methodologies they employ… So much of their training, and systems like the Reid Technique, which I believe they’re employing here, doesn’t really leave any room for the person they’re interviewing to be innocent. These methods tend to assume everyone’s guilty. And they aren’t really about finding out what the truth is…. Imagine that….a detective whos method of interrogation isn’t designed to find the truth….it’s just designed to get a confession…. Thank gawd they came across this scumbag who actually did it…had they not I’d just about guarantee you that this guy and his buddy Doug would have been screwed by these investigators.

Prepare for the bootlickers who will justify and explain away the cops pathetically transparent and weak techniques as "jUsT dOiNg ThEir JoBs." So many naïve, delusional people walking among us who just can't, or refuse to think for themselves and see things for what they really are. The programming runs deep and starts from birth and is instilled throughout "school" further ingrained by room temperature IQ parents, who breed and foster more idiots who then reproduce and do the same. The "system" and I'm talking about the WHOLE system here in the US, not the just the "justice" systems is a all one big scam.

I thought this was another video about interrogating a guilty person. By 5 minutes into the interview I started thinking "wow, this guy is an amazingly good liar, impossibly good." Then further in I thought " That is impossible that he is making up a false story with this kind of detail". What is wrong with these detectives? This has really shaken my faith in police work and I already had a very low level of faith. They are not bright people.
