I do use the blade alone very often but have never thought of sliding it in a piece of wood. It will make the use much more easier. Thanks for the idea. Cherrs

That's a great little idea. As you do not seem to bend the blade then do you feather the edges for use on wider boards to avoid sharp edge marks in the timber?

If I had a pound for every time that a video title said that “ I must have this” “ my life will end if I don’t buy that” “ you will save a fortune by making this”, I would be a millionaire. However. The credibility of this guy is very high with me and I thought that I would take a look. It’s interesting. I would normally use a card scraper for this job. It does need sharpening (actually re-making the burr) but, although expensive to buy, it’s ever-lasting. This tool is different. It’s probably easier to handle than a card scraper (I have a holder for the card but I still find it awkward); it uses blades with no burr; the blades are disposed off when blunt which is a downside. As good as; better than; worse than; different to a card? I don’t know. But this guy is good enough that I will make one and compare the two tools

Hello I have your scraper and I am using it with OLFA Snap-Off Black Blades, 18-mm, 10-pc but I don t have the result you have. would it be better with normal blades
