The R2 tap, a bump off in contact, or initiate any crossover while in a ride animation and it will happen. It won't always, but if triggered it's an instant creation of separation

Great simple video explaining how this works. One thing I'm unclear on, after the initial trigger to initiate the blow by, do you remain holding while driving and doing the layup or let go of the trigger and do the layup?

You can hold Turbo for sure, as long as you get the initial separation you're free to combo into any drive after!

My build has silver bull dozer,HOF physical handles. When I’m engaged with my defender. Am I tapping the right trigger or holding it to move them? Tapping it activates physical handles I think and tapping RT into them activates bulldozer. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Tap to do the fend off for physical handles! You can also do a spin move, or different crossovers to push them out of the way! Bulldozer you just hold the left stick towards the basket and you’ll activate bulldozer drives, or initiate any layup while in contact!

What will be the best option if my Guard build can’t get bulldozer I can get physical handles on hof on my build but not bulldozer so what would you do against them if they bump you going down hill in that situation

If you're getting bumped downhill and you have HOF physical handles, try to initiate any of the techniques I showed. The spin move, crossover, or R2 fend off are all great options and it works just as well as bulldozer because it creates space

Perimeter defense stat huh? I play a lot of couch co-op with my bro and I could not figure out why I couldn't stop him. We've played for years and I know I'm a good defender....not great but I am good but this year I can't stop the bull. Not it makes sense....he likes to play as the besy speedy finesse guards like Kyrie and if any positions gonna lack defensively it'll be that one. I play one on one defense so you can imagine how getting stops goes.... 2K needs to adjust that. You can already abuse change up shots since the defense has to jump more often now... don't give them auto push offs too. Wish they'd just change it back to the old 2k where you usually didn't have to jump, just contest good.

Video explains at the end why you're getting boxed, I would never try this against Jrue Holiday types. If someone's got 90+ perimeter defense, you're better off pushing off, creating space, and attacking that way.
