Hawks killed the original Twice, so Jin Bubaigawara died. The Twice double died because he fell off the ledge and rolled around on the concrete floor below. After all of that damage, he couldn’t sustain himself. The doubles live independently of the original. It’s just that this double took to much damage and died, effectively ending Twice after the original was also killed.

:((( The final clone actually fell down several floors before getting to toga and compress, he says he fell to concrete floor but he manayed to hold himself back from melting just enough to say goodbye. There is a wide shot of inside the mansion right after Twice makes his final clone, if you look carefully there is a gush of blood and then a couple seconds later a figure falls down, it's a very cool touch. Makes me sad af that the real twice didnt get to say his goodbyes

Technically, yes…at the end of the day, he is still a villain. He is responsible for a lot of crimes. He might have been a good soul but he have walked too far away from being redeemable. Plus, beside Shiragaki, he is a high value target and this is war. He and Toga are the most human among the League of Villains but they are still bad human.

You were right, the double can keep existing even if the original body dies. It's just that his last double fell from a high spot and took enough damage from the fall to melt away. And as he says himself: "I can't double anymore", because he didn't have enough energy on that double to do it. He was investing his last energies on trying to keep together his last double in order to have that last moment with Toga. Btw, Toga is going to go wild after that...

Twice's death was the turning point for the story that really made everyone think who's really in the wrong here? Twice is one of the nicest most noble characters in the story so for him to die being labeled a "villain" makes you wonder who are the real villains here. After seeing this moment is Shigaraki wrong in wanting to burn this entire thing to the ground? A world that calls Twice a villain is just wrong

@@zyonith Heteromorphic type quirks and they did the anime just skipped it in season 5. Spinner was the narrator during MVA arc in the manga. They kinda cut out all of Spinners scenes in the anime for some reason. So in season 5 before they found the doctor and started fighting Gigantomachia the LOV fought this group called CRC (Creature Rejection Clan) that go after people with those type of quirks. It was only like half a chapter though

If Hawks had the time to slowly deradicalize Twice, a process that needs to be very carefully done, he might've been able to be talked down before things got crazy, but Hawks couldn't do that when he was being monitored so closely. He had to just pray that Twice would surrender, and his betrayal ended up pushing Twice past the point of no return.
