Ha Do-young has never lost the initiative in his life. He didn't wanna divorce Yeon-Jin because he was attracted to Moon Dong-eun who is the first person to lead him and takes his intiative. So he wanna see and meet her again.

The reason why the Ceo husband did say that coz that's the only reason why Dong Eun is still seing him, by being married to Yeon Jin. He is attracted to Dong Eun and that's why he said lets meet again. Surprisngly the writter did confirmed that on the interview. Him not being sure is basically saying that im not sure how he feels for her (Dong Eun). Brace yourself in the next episode. That's the best thing about this drama, you always guess wrong! Dont worry you are not alone! Haha! It's all part of the plan of Dong Eun.
