Legally blind people and people who call themselves blind are sometimes partially sighted, and with assistive devices and software, they are able to leverage their limited sight so see many things you wouldn't expect from a "blind" person. For practical purposes most people with severely limited sight call themselves blind, because it's safer and more practical to call yourself blind and then perform better on tasks than others expect than to call yourself sighted and then perform worse than expected. Also it's much easier to just say that you are blind rather than explain every time you meet a new person what you can see well, what you can "kinda see" and what you cannot see at all. Even calling yourself "partially sighted" causes people to ask more questions, and as a partially sighted person it gets tiring very quickly. And almost all of these people obviously know braille, because they cannot read regular text without assistive devices.

For everyone who did not get the connection of words at 27:00 (like me, a non-native speaker): Cloud = Nine: refers to the phrase "to be on cloud nine" Coin = purse: should be obvious Donut = Hole: obvious as well Jones = Spike: refers to Spike Jones (a musician) Pow = Wow: a pow-wow is a meeting of native americans Ice = Rink: an ice rink is an area of frozen water to skate on

Even as a native speaker, I don't think I'd have made those connections. Especially "spike jones", but I guess the whole thing is about specific music knowledge. Idk how I feel about that. Cool level but a bit unfair if you're from another language. The enemy names also wouldn't line up, unless those are also their japanese names?

Important correction: **Jonze** = Spike. The thing that pointed to spike was the weird spelling of jonze. For me, the first hit on a google search of that spelling is the Wikipedia listing for Spike Jonze. So, even if you aren't familiar with the name and it wasn't the first thing you thought of, you can still get there with some simple research. Especially once you recognize the other words clearly get paired up with Mario objects that are in the box.

So I’m part of an escape room community, and somebody had shared this a while back. I started watching at the time, but as soon as I realized this was going to be good, I decided to hold off, because I thought I might get SMM2 at some point and play it myself. Just played it today, and I’m so glad I did - this was so awesome!!!!!!!
