I have some suggestions on how to help your back and shoulders. I am a Massage Therapist and I think you should use Arnica flower in a rub for the sore muscle or make a hot and cold pack and alternating that for 10-20 minutes but not directly on the skin . Icy hot rub might help as well and massage the area a lot . Drink lots of water when you massage areas though cause any toxins in the muscles and everything so you can cleanse yourself and not get headaches or side effects.
