友達が女医さんで、花粉症対策の話をしたら「兎に角徹底的に無視すると良くなる」なんて、無責任よねー。でも､騙されたと思ってやってみたら意外に効くんだわ､これ。時々発作でクシャミし続けることあるけど「無視! 無視! 無視!」と念仏唱えているうちに引いてきて､次の発作まで半日ぐらい普通にしてられるから驚いてます。

以前は、花粉症が酷く薬を使用していましたが、あるヨーグルトを毎日飲むようにしたら、症状が今では無くなり薬要らずになりました。アレルギー反応がおさえてられているだと思いますが、そのヨーグルトと関係ありますか？

それは大変難しい問題です。私も学生時代からずっと花粉症ですが、その年の花粉の飛散量にかかわらず、症状が良くなったり悪くなったりを繰り返しています。つまり自分の体がどれくらい花粉にアレルギー反応起こしているかは判断がとても難しいのです。ですからあると私に何かの治療とか食べ物を変えたことによって症状が軽くなったとしても、それが直接の原因かどうかは確認することがとても難しいです。今度悪化したときに同じ方法を試してみて成功すれば、それが原因である可能性が高いですね。

花粉症対策、大変参考になりました。11日前の緑内障の動画にコメントした閉塞隅角と診断された者です（追加58才女）。先日定期検査のついでに花粉症用目薬を処方してもらいました。4月に入ると粘膜がムズムズし始めて一ヶ月半ほど続きます。飲み薬は市販薬を買う予定です。私のような緑内障の場合、飲んではいけない薬や目薬があると聞いているのでいつも薬局では緑内障のことを伝えて探してもらいます。花粉症の症状は重いほうなので今日の動画で紹介された飲み薬など試してみたいのですが、閉塞隅角緑内障だとやはり選択肢は限られてしまうのでしょうか。花粉症と限らず薬を買う時はいつも面倒です､､､

花粉症の薬(内服薬)はほとんど抗ヒスタミン系ですので閉塞隅角緑内障でもあまり問題はありません。どうぞ安心して使ってください。でも確かに薬には気をつけなければならないものがあるので一応確認されることをお勧めします。
