for karts theres not much of a difference in setups, its just there to help people understand how setup work when they try signing up for rm2 rm1 etc

If thia runs like real life, then the car will have less turning through corners due to the lack of downforce keeping the car more raised, but with less smooth steering and grip, but gives more speed on straights (obviously).
