Well the entrance of the House very beautiful design and very clean round the house, the rooms are fine but small. At list it should had been three bed rooms, it would had created huge two master bed rooms instead of one.

We should really avoid using gypsum in the interior buildings.. If there is humidity, bacteria convert's gypsum into hydrogen sulfide, a poisonous gas a health hazards, that has a lot of side effects.. We should never use gypsum in agricultural settings and in the interior buildings materials, even if it is commonly used in many part of the unconcerned market. Health is the most important part of life..

Gypsum isn't used in Rwandan construction though...mostly found in SA homes.

That's equivalent to R1 200 000 in SA that would get you a nice 3 beds, with at least one garage enough parking space.... A very good size yard. I thought Rwanda is very safe so these jail like bars on doors and windows don't make sense.

Thanks for sharing. Its an attractive property, however it would not appeal to a European buyer unless for investment reasons. The entrance gate is gawdy and tacky. Gold paint doesn't mean you are wealthy and if you are wealthy, you wouldn't be painting your entrance in gold paint. This viewing reminds me of a house that we viewed in North London in England around 1994. It was allegedly owned by an African prince. The bathroom fittings were all in faux gold, there was a faux pub in the garden decked out in gold trimmed bars and stool's. It was in an excellent area but on the market for ages so not selling. Tone it down a little. I suppose its a question of style, this style of property will not attract European buyers. For me, if I purchased this property I would have to spend too much to retrofit it so that it wasn't all gold and glittery. So it wouldn't be worth my time or money.

Shame on you for spreading rumours people build houses with the government consent and they approve it before you starting the construction that happened back in days when people used to build houses in dangerous areas so government requested them to move in more safe places Remember Rwanda is a country of many hills you can't just put your house anywhere

The floor plan of that house 🏠 is horrible. Inside of that house looks like a cage because of all those walls around. Second, it should've beeen 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Please start building houses with open concept or open plan kitchens. By doing that, the house will be much more spacious. Too many walls eat space. START DOING THAT NOW 😡
