Nah, she is not that strong without allies. She is lifesteal tank, nothing more. Her whole kit is for set uping teamfights. Solo she will lose vs any enemy if have antiheal.

You are absolutely correct. Ruby laning phase feels like every other fighters counter her. Ruby trully shines during team fights. Most people think ruby is all about spell vamp but she is one of the best cc hero, can tank and deal most damage in a game, her ult flicker combo can easily turn the tide of battle. I feel like only just now people is starting to appreciate how strong ruby is.

Wel during laning u shld play more passive and wait for enrmy make mistake (go too near ur turret) Also must rotate to help turtle or mid lne when you can. If enemy is stronger in 1v1 like cici,argus,paq,thamuz rotating is the only way to get yourself ahead. Bonus ur team might also get ahead cus of ur engage when u rotate.

I got matched up with 2 trolls yesterday. Neither didn't want to adjust and so we had 2 marksmen. I was the jungler and I wasn't sure what jungler is best for this situation. I ran out of time and picked dyrroth. In the end, we lost, and I reviewed the game and what hero would've been a better option. lmao yes ruby struggles early game, just save your battle spell for defensive play and always land your skills. careful with enemy ganks so you dont fall behind your exp counterpart. Should be smooth sailing once you get your first item.

I prefer using petrify now more than flash for battle spell it helps control them much better eapecially in the early game
