What people don’t realize is that this is one of many compromises in the trilogy that made it fair for Marvel Studios when they negotiated for the original MCU/Spider-Man deal. Marvel gets nothing from the two solo films’ box office and Sony gets nothing from the 3 guest appearances’ box office (CA, IW, EG). Disney has owned the toy rights on all things Spider-Man movie related since 2013 regardless if they had a hand in making the movie itself. So Disney/Marvel has an incentive to have at least two suits in every film just to literally make a toy out if it.

I've been absurdly hyped for this figure since images leaked, the final swing suit is my favorite Spider-Man design to EVER. so when he arrived he instantly became my main Peter Parker Spider-Man and my favorite figure, he's fantastic, especially the legs I love how smoothly they move

Both of those heads have fantastic looking eyes. The regular head’s eyes are actually perfect Spider-Man eyes. The whites are flawlessly shaped as is the black and the width of the black is perfect.

Mine showed up today and damn is he beautiful. If I have any criticisms I'd say he's maybe a little short? And I wish the elbows matched the blue on the suit but I get why it doesn't. You're absolutely right about there being ZERO paint defects. I checked. I always check, sometimes too much. The metallic shine is clean! The web lines are really smooth. I just wish he was a tad bit larger but I'm not hating at all.

mine had a QC problem on the squinted eyes headsculpt, one eye is squinted the other isn't which isn't too bad (makes a pretty expressive head imo) since im probably not using the other head anytime soon

I got mine a month ago and it had minor imperfections. The red wasn't painted flat on the left pectoral and i can see the blue shine through if u light it. And his abs had weird pimple that I'm scared to sratch it off. But mostly he's beautiful.
