Oh no, full bodies are almost always impossible to nail at the moment, but a good idea could be try adding the type of pose that you need. For example: Batman, full body, *HERO POSE* muscular (then add more stuff that's related to the full body and poses). Also MAKE SURE that you add "Portrait, Closeup, (and anything related to portraits)" INSIDE the NEGATIVE Prompts.
