​@@PropertySharemarketEconomics With the first link, the website confirmed my sign up and said it sent me a confirmation mail but it never arrived. Your 2nd link says "Given email address is already subscribed" Well, I was subscribed but seems like I get kicked off the subscriber list after a year or so. I've subscribed several times in the past three years and after a while the newsletter just doesn't come in anymore.
