Thanks for sharing . Great fix on the splitter . The boots , will my father had a different name for them , my father was a fisherman all his life so rubber boots was everywhere around the house and for some reason some of the boots would break in the leg part so he would cut them along a line that would be around the ankle .He would slip on these boots if he was in a race to go to the outhouse , so the cut of boots was called PISS BOOTS around our house , take care my friend , God Bless

I have the same one and the little thing is tuff as nails! The leak is usually at the vent. Nice legs👌 Good one Craig✌

Great little machines. This was the first issue I had with it in many years. Thanks for the vote of confidence on the legs, What about the shoes? LOL

How's she goin'? Nice fix on the splitter Craig. BTW, we call that foot wear 'piss-quiks'!! We had them at the camp. We'd leave them by the door so in the middle of the night, you know when you have to 'piss-quick', they are right there by the door. You can slip them on and head 'er for the nearest tree!! LOL Take 'er easy!!

I think these are Piss Quicks too because when I'm wearing these out in the yard and the need arises, I don't have to change footwear to water the bushes.

I agree...there's a great idea: Sell cut-off boots. I know I'd do good at it because I'd put my heart and SOLE into the business. I'd have to TREAD lightly at first. I wouldn't want to get BOOTED out of the Merch selling. I would WADE in carefully.

Those are great splitters. My son and I both have the same as yours. They have to be level or raised a little on the vent end to help get rid of the chatter. You need to get out in the sun mor often, oh ya, you can’t, it’s always raining there. 👍🏻👋🤭

Yes, these splitters work well,,,and are quite powerful. Thanks for the tip about keeping the vent-end raised. Today it's cloudy with a chance of meatballs...but the sun does shine here once in a while. But never when I want to work outside!!!

And great warranty too. Our machines are both way out of warranty. I needed a push button on/off switch. So son got a hold of them and ordered one, then asked if they could sent two. He figured he may as well have a spare. They said sure. So the package came, and instead of two switches there were four. And sent no charge with free shipping. That’s great service.
