Up here in Canada I have a Kirchner fluffer that is ground drive , about as aggressive as your lower settings but not as much mechanical to wear out. They also make one with hydraulic drive for speed variable. It uses sund pickup teeth and runs slower but reel rolls same direction as wheels. I stay home too and like to see the way others do our kind of thing.
