Belupo, also maybe you can do a Arminia Bielefeld Rebuild? They were in the Bundesliga in 21/22 but were relegatet twice in a row into the third division, and even fought against relegation last season

Thanks for the rebuild, m8! Belupo's a nice one and you did great with it. I also always come to around here when I play the Croatian league and then lose the will to continue due to how easy it is to win the league and the low prize money you get from it. Not to mention that every player demands a low release clause due to the low league reputation so any good young player you manage to grab gets stolen for peanuts. I wish that the league development was more dynamic in FM, but I think that because of the licences they can't do anything drastic. You'd have to get a custom database to do a proper build a nation run. It's always fun listening to foreigners trying to pronounce Croatian words.

If you want to get ahead of FM25, Alemannia Aachen or Energie Cottbus would be a great idea. Both once played in the Bundesliga (2000 or more recent) and fell down to the 4th tier Regionalliga.

One thing to remember the j isn’t pronounced like it is in English in Croatian. It’s more of a y sound or it’s silent in some cases. So Rijeka is pronounced ri-ye-ka
