Drink some tea you can make at home with just fruits or tea leafs my best resolution for sinus infections is the throat coat tea with lemon ginger tea as well as peppermint tea leafs and I add cinnamon sticks cranberries as well as mint honey and lemon from a raw lemon with a real ginger. It's makes the bacteria runs as it opens and attacks the infection I usually see results in 2/3 days as I drink it in the morning and night. The part about finally accepting and not being able to change others gave me chills. You mentioned sacred dreams. My twin texted me this morning that he dreamed of me last night and in the dream we were both in high school. He thought it odd in the dream that we were the same age as I’m considerably older than him. I thought I’d shared my old high school yearbook pic at some point over the years but when I asked him he said no and I checked our chat history and realized I hadn’t, so I sent it to him.
