I bought the same two shades you did, and hilariously enough 5-6 was more neutral and 6-7 was more yellow and bright, but the two are such similar tones that I could use both, mixed together if I wanted. I found your video before buying both and I'm glad you mixed too!

When I was swatching the shades I realized the 5-6 medium tan is darker than the 6-7. But being this adjust to skin tones I can get away with both. I think the medium tan would be perfect for you.

I do like this serum. It’s not as heavy as regular foundation, so you may want to do an extra “coat” for more coverage. I wish it came with a pump bottle bcz the dropper is kinda messy. I still like it tho.

I fell in love with this tinted strum as soon as I used it, but I feel like the 4-5 shade of this line is a bit too cool tone when I wear. It's a slight bit off of my undertone I'm more neutral. I'm cool and warm so hopefully the 4.5- 5.5 will be better for me and also mixing two shades together. I highly recommend mixing it on the back of your hand or something so we can get a better mixture I used to do it like you did put it on the face and mix it on my face but I find it better the other way

Hi Jasmine I'm so late but I'm happy you did the review on this serum. I brought the light one and regretted it luckily the gentleman was too sweet and let change it for the Tan shade, but the light shade gave me a grey look and the Tan it's perfect shade but I find if I apply too much it will make me look darker, I don't see a glow as much just very sheer, I'm new to the product so now that I've watched your video il apply it in same way. However it dried quick which I like and doesn't move, the feel is smooth and yes it does have good amount of coverage and it does feel very light feels as if I don't have foundation on. I tried it under foundation too and it seriously gave me a flawless face. I applied it with powder, but now I will apply with a brush like you did. Your skin looked so flawless mashallah very pretty, always enjoyed ur review Thank you for sharing your experience on the loreal serum.

I was never a MAC girl (surprisingly lol 😅), I've only used one foundation from them before & it was their Face & Body Foundation in the shade C7. But, that was my summer shade, so I would probably be shade C6 now, maybe. Sorry if that wasn't really helpful 😭❤️
