The japanese use a gelatin called kanten. Its taste neutral, made from seaweed. When making fruit salad it helps prevent the fruit from wilting, lije strawberry s and peaches. I add a little fresh lemon and vanilla. Its wonderfully good😊😊😊

I can. The original watermelon basket. Watermelon is cut to look like a deep basket with a handle, the watermelon flesh is cut out in little balls using a melon baller, the rest is carved out with a spoon leaving a clean interior, then it is filled with an assortment of fresh fruit and berries, the watermelon balls and cantaloupe balls. Not gelatin, the most of any kind of liquid that might be added is plain Seltzer water for a bit of a buzz. Some people would add rum for an adult watermelon basket, but typically it would be prepared alcohol free for all the family to partake of.

Еще видела на банкете такую идею как залить дыню цветным соком с желатином. Было оригинально и вкусно, но без фруктов. Еще можно смешать шампанское с желатином и фруктами и разлить по прозрачным салатникам. В арбузе, мне кажется кажется, что ягоды при нарезки у автора слегка выпадают.
