I think it is because Bo's starpower makes his super stun enemies, and gus shield knoks them back, so knock back turn into stun.

For the Surge one: I think the way to explain it is that for Bonnie and Meg the game handles their forms as different brawlers, this is needed for things like the change in their attacks, for Surge’s speed and range I believe the game just changes values and attributes For the Doug one: In the game code the brawlers aren’t really “dead”, in a sense they’re kind of in a limbo, where things that were affecting them before they trigger the hotdog. Technically the brawlers are still alive, just unable to do any actions, interact with enemies or other players/projectiles, this can be proven by the fact that you still take DoT while reviving, this is easier to prove with long duration poison damage like Crow’s or Chester’s

I found out yesterday that if you dash with Kenji on a minecart in payload, and your dash gets cancelled midway, then the next shot will again be a dash

That happens any time his attack is interrupted. With precise timing you can get two slashes in a row.

The reason projectiles disappear when changing forms is so that brawlers can’t charge up one form’s super with the attack from another. This is intentional and was added a few updates ago.

The gus and sam aiming thing is intended. Gus's shots place ghosts and sam's super places the trap. They can only place on land, so it stops you from shooting into water or out of bounds

1:20 uh chuck super can still dash but to no posts I got a clip in duels where that happened and the 50% damage reduction saved me from a piper shot and I won the match my friend how ever even got a kill using the bug
