If you look at the stats for the first miner assistant, when he reached the same upgrade cost as the third, his stats were basically the same. Of course there are some differences more or less, but I think you shouldn't ignore them completely.

You also have to consider investment capital. Say, let's put 5 helpers at 5 levels, 1 2 3 4 5. From each level up, the price range went, say, ten fold. So for lv1 to get to lv5, you need to pay for lv2 3 4 and then 5. So it's more efficient to upgrade from the latest to the oldest.

Once you spend the total value equal to the cost of the next tier miner, their stats become equal to them (across all points, as an average of upgrade tiers, not exact equal), and matching costs as well. It is strictly better to spend it on equalizing your miners, period.

Nah. Miner 4's mining power from 67 to 71 is 25.32k and miner 5's power from 69 to 77 is 24.49k (with some -cost upgrades). Heavily upgrading the latest miners is by far the better choice and just spending peanutes on the early miners. Like I'm at the 1.75M upgrade for the last miner at 388(!) power while the 5th miner is in the 220k upgrade range with only 120 (+8) power.

Had you discovered the rainbow upgrades a bit earlier you would have noticed the complete list of available ore and at what level they unlock. The last one is at level 35. So any new ore beyond that could be considered an easter egg -- then again, it is the season for those.

hey just pointing it out i dont think you can get anymore ores, because early in the video in the rainbow section i saw a thing that was greyed out that said 35 then it turned into the light blue "dimonds" (im gonna call it diamonds) and i dont see anymore greyed out boxes, so i dont think anymoer ores will be ulocked but granted im at 7:51 about half way through the video and you may have allready reconised and acknowladged it ill do an edit if you do. I played this down to floor 78 before my internet went out. All it does is give the walls more Hit points. So if you go down to fast. Progress slows wayyyy down. I found it best to stop around floor 45 through 50 to let the miners mine alot, and really beef up before going down.
