The great thing about holocure is that, although its full of vtuber references, it doesnt feel overbearing because the game is, at its core, a genuinely well made game. A lot of fan made games lean too much towards the fanservice aspect instead of gameplay

I think that speaks to how well designed the game is. You can pick what you think is fun, stumble along and still succeed and have a fun, rewarding experience. But if you want to hyper minmax and see how far you can push your whatevers per second, there's room to do that too. It's got something for everyone.

@@TOBY-jy7bz You can clear the entire game with anyone lol. Although some of the Hard stage versions can be a struggle with the weakest characters (which Kobo is not, she is better than average). Your problem is pointing to "levels". Levels do very little. It just gives you a 20% stat bonus. Once you max out the upgrades shop, which will take millions of currency, or at least get all the good ones maxed. It will be a massive enhancement to your ability. Except the latest stage 4 I don't do any regular stages anymore because you are basically invincible most of the game, it is Hard Mode versions all the way. And I mean Hard Mode full Halu asap, unless I just want to coast. It's a mix of fully maxed upgrades and skill from playing a lot.

Vampire Survivors is like a baseline for this type of game. HoT and HC game is insanely good with their own touch. Just like a cup of coffee, just go with your preference either straight black, with sugar or milk or both.

marking stamp is actually broken especially for characters who hits hard... hit the boss 1 time to mark it then hit ALL THE MOBS... The boss will take 20% (30% max) of that damage every hit you did to each single mobs

Wiki says that Kay Yu is an American animator and video game developer. He didn't explain why HoloCure is literally 100% free to play, but he did say that he's glad that people enjoy it and he has no interest in making money off of it. Some people are upset that he doesn't allow them to pay for the game lmao. It's kinda crazy because his share of the revenue from this game could easily be in the tens of thousands of dollars. Maybe even more. And that would come at a good time for him because he just recently had a tooth removed and an implant would cost several thousand dollars (even with insurance! wtf)

The purple aim is "Aim with mouse". The white aim is "Aim in the direction you are moving" It doesn't have an auto aim, and they didn't figure that out.
