This Game Shouldn't Be Free

This game is crazy addicting and free on Steam currently. I wanted to take a stupid build and make it somehow overpowered and effective, but that's not super easy to do in a game like this. Luck plays a hand but you still need to be able to create a build with what you're given.

I see no problem in idle games they are meant to be forgotten for a whole day/6h or 8h depening on their afk-rewardsystem. The problem is i get really fast bored by those game especially when i got more then 2 of them. Same for Gacchas i can only keep up with one gaccha unfortunately the spot for gaccha is also taken by idlegames. In this chase specially this one, the rounds aren't that long similar games like TFT are bound to be longer so It has my focus for around 1 month. - I am more of an online competition player then Automatic games

Tip: you can use pills to faint certain animals to use their effects before battle. Let's say you have an ant. You pill the ant to get it's stats effect to other animals. Another example is you can pill a random animal in front of an ox so that the ox gains a permanent melon armor and bonus attack. You can also pill turtles to get said shields (level 2 and above will gve multiple shields).

Bonus Tip! When you level up a pet you gain access to a shop pet a tier above what is currently available. So be sure to save your level ups for odd rounds when new tiers are unlocked.

@@keiganogrady7481 I think it extends to more than just swans. Sometimes, if you have the space, wait to combine your pets. More abilities from more pets can be stronger than when they are stacked for exp. In example mosquitoes do 1 damage to an enemy. If you have 3 mosquitoes, you can do 3 random bits of damage or combine them to just so 2 damage to an enemy if you don't have the space.

I really enjoyed watching the first game, but that effect in the second game with the play button flashing up on the entire screen and then shrinking down made it really hard to watch. Hopefully that doesn't happen again with the game!

It’s because he pauses the game every 2 sec. It really irritated me, i mean what’s the point of pausing and unpausing within like 1 sec. But if that’s how DF wants to play the game, then thats how he plays the game. Still love watching his videos.

@@bassloover93 after downloading the game i learned that it defaults to that first "pause/unpause" setting, so each turn the game auto-pauses. the autoplay setting is a bit fast, so it's possible that df tried that setting and decided it was too fast for video. (alternatively, knowing df, he didnt care to change it and try the other settings in the first place lmfao)

Best lineup I've ever had: (back) level 3 fly(with melon armor), level 1 tiger, level 3 turkey(garlic armor), level 3 whale(garlic armor), level 2 sheep (front). At level 3 the turkey gives +9/+9 and the tiger doubles it. So everytime I summoned something it was getting +18 to both stats, absolutely insane run. Also with the melon armor on the fly he couldn't be picked off lol only time I ever got 10 wins.

Whales are actually amazing! Put them behind something that has a "Faint -> ___" (like the deer or spider) and BOOM amazing combo. Also works well with the Ox behind it.

I played this a lot when it came out, so if you want to do another video, a small bit of help: When you level an animal, you get a random one in the shop that is 1 tier higher than what you can normally get. I don't think it suits this channel because it's more of a series game more than only doing one or two videos on it. Also DF never reads anything, so he'll just be confused at everything and get stuck. But it would be interesting to see him react to it and actually give it a try

is it just me or anyone else getting triggered by him not reading the abilities correctly? the dog doesnt get +1/+1 for every unit summoned, its it gets +1 health OR +1 attack for each unit summoned. and the spider doesnt summon 2 tier 3 units, it only summons 1 and it's stats are set to 2/2 . upgrading it makes the tier 3 unit just have higher stats.

This was my experience with the game in a nutshell. Looks cute. Tried some stuff. Lost most every single fight. Played for about an hour and then went "well but I'm never going to get better" and uninstalled it. I'm sure if I go read a Wiki or Guide and put another two to the five hours in I might get better. But I don't have the patience to sink six plus hours of time into getting good enough to even get five wins before I lose constantly.

Quick suggestion, if you have a spider or a sheep, don’t put it in the first slot because the spider may spawn a sheep and you can only have 5 creatures on the board at once. Since a sheep spawns 2 rams, only one will spawn if the sheep is first

If you put honey on it put the sheep in the middle spot. The first 2 will die, then 3 things will spawn. Works well with a horse/turkey and a dog

It's less a matter of the Hippo build being ridiculously overpowered and more that Hippos are the best counter to mass summoning like DF was using. Also, they're good and DF's build was all over the place. But mostly it's bad compatibility.
