I broke the machine not that long ago at my local Casino. I Just finished my bonus free spins with a jackpot. When it exit out of the bonus and about to do the jackpot screen/music the machine crashed and had 2 slots employees plus a group of other people witnessing my jackpot win. The employees that watched me were very confused and didn't know what to do. Apparently it was an error that the casino never dealt with before. It took them like 2 hours before they finally got it. They had many phone calls that they made with the company that made the machine.

I got a tilt once. Line hit of 3 blazing 7's. Should have been a $1500 jackpot but it showed 0 as the win. Called the attendant. They opened it up and replayed the internal video in front of me. It didn't show the same line hit that was still displayed on the screen. As Brian said, disclaimer says tilt voids all. But you have the right to request the gaming commission review it. Each casino has somebody on call. He shut down the machine and had me sign a form requesting a review. The gaming commission guy called me back 2 days later and said they determined the machine was not tampered with - the most they could do for me. The casino gave me a buffet voucher. ouch.

I find it interesting they couldn't get the game back. Something like that happened to another KZbinr he bought a ma. Bet bonus and it shut the game down. They Pais him for the bonus and later gave him an extra 650 I believe. When they got the game up they had to play out the bonus.. maybe they have to do that in your case as well.
