22:45 That's kinda the issue with blitz. When you're asking yourself: "Is _____ champion good or not?" you have to ask yourself "What does this champion do that another can't?" For blitzcrank, the answer is "nothing." Literally every single other support in the game offers more value than him, and the entirety of his champion identity, the hook into perma-cc chain is just outclassed by pretty much every other support with catch potential. Nami, Nautilus, Leona, Renata Glasc, Lux, Sona, even Senna, the list just goes on and on. Riot shifting him into the jungle hasn't solved anything, either. It's just applying a bandage to a deep-cut wound. Blitz doesn't need a band-aid, he needs to go to the fucking ICR. The ICR being getting a rework, of course.
