the crazy thing to me about some of the music/genres coming out and becoming popular in the past few years is that it's so similar to music i was making when i first started. but i abandoned it because everyone told me it was corny lol
@therealdarklizzy2 жыл бұрын
Bro that reminds me of me. Back in like 2018 or something, I wanted to make electronic beats where I whisper sing over them, because I was self conscious about my voice, but I chose not to. A few years later, Billie Eilish blows up for literally the same thing I was envisioning. I also wanted to create rock inspired beats, but thought that nobody would like it. Then MGK drops his album and pop-punk makes a resurgence. Now I just follow my guy. For about 5 years now, I've been wanting to make hip-hop beats with an orchestral synth sound. Now I see rage beats and music with instrumentation is becoming popular and I'm not gonna sit this one out. I have a mixtape dropping soon that uses lots of synths and my ideas, I wonder if people will like it.
