Another one: Open the hangar and slide the open end thru canning rings then close it to hold them together. Twist the hook 90° so it will hang on a pegboard. Voila. Your rings are where you can find them and they won't get mangled and bent out of shape in a drawer. That one was the idea the Queen of My Heart told me.
@ElizabethMaina-l2x3 ай бұрын
❤ What are canning rings?!
@craigmatheson27363 ай бұрын
@@ElizabethMaina-l2x it's the little metal bands that hold the lids in place until a vacuum seal is formed. There are several good tutorials on KZbin that teach how to properly preserve your farm and garden produce. None are all that short but all are well worth it.
@warriormaiden98293 ай бұрын
@@ElizabethMaina-l2x Canning is the process of preserving food in glass jars, usually the quart size. To do so, the jar needs a sealing lid (which uses a bit of rubber along the edge). However, they don't screw on, which means they need something else to hold them on, which is where the ring comes in. The lid gets put on the jar, and then the ring gets screwed down atop it. Once the jar is sealed, the ring can be removed and reused to seal the next batch of jars, over and over and over. A good set of rings can easily last several generations. I've canned batches with a handful of rings my great-grandmother used, supplemented with ones my grandmother bought in her 30's, and filled out with a handful of brand new ones because I needed just a couple extra to get my rotational flow going properly.

He’s my nail art angel 😂 always does an amazing job and any crazy design I walk in with, he can do. I fully believe in staying loyal to your artist. Not to mention there is a comfort level there. You’re not afraid to say if you don’t like something or if something is hurting you and they won’t get offended. Also a couple months ago, I was having an allergic reaction to something after getting my nails done (never happened before) and I thought I had developed an allergy to the acrylic or the glue or something. Turns out they switched nail oils, and I was allergic to something in that. Stopped using it, and it never happened again. So maybe that could be the issue for some of those girlies?
