Hi , can you tell me how to get the smell out of the pork , In UK I feel the pork has a bad smell and then the whole dish is ruined .

Add 2 or 3 lime leaves while cooking or apply tumeric powder and keep for half an hour

Hey! To get rid of that smell, you can try rubbing the pork with garlic and turmeric, let it sit for a few minutes, and then rinse it off with water. I'm not 100% sure if it works perfectly, but it's worth a shot! If that doesn't do the trick, maybe try getting pork from another shop. Thank you so much for your comment💞
