If you want to reset without waiting 30 minutes, get in a group with an alt or someone else. Log out while you're in BFD then either log on your alt or have someone else reset the dung while you're logged out. Thank me later

Is this method still working? I pushed reset instance button outside of dungeon but nothing happened. So I made party with my other character and finished farming at dungeon then logged out wait 2minutes, pressed reset button with other character. It doesn't work either.

This information will impact the price of the pearls significantly, which makes it less profitable. Very good cause overall I prefer raw farms.

Drop chance of getting one pearl from 15 clams is not 60% it is: (1 - 0.96^15)*100 = 45.79%

They shouldn’t nerf it, they should use this as a lesson in the future so as to not allow a farm like this. The only people who are benefitted by a nerf to this are the people who have stockpiled pearls already.

Mages are not squishy in sod if youre building for aoe farm. You heal back most of the damage.

3:46 i can assure you that's not how statistics work. even if you get 15 clams in 6 minutes, the chance will not be 60% to get the iridescente pearl. it will still be 4%.

If I give you 1000 clams that all have a 4% chance to have a pearl, its nearly 100% that you will get one pearl. The more you add the greater your odds. This isnt a case of gamblers fallacy. Each individual one will be 4% still every time you open it, but having more clams does increase your overall odds.

So you can do this every 6 minutes? You're calculating GPH based on constant runs every 6 minutes. Do the clams and herbs all reset every 6 minutes?

Like I said in the video: I calculated Gold per hour based on active time spent farming. You can not do this every 6 minutes. While farming you're making for example 30g/hr but you can only do X runs per hour or X runs per 30min. Normally you can do 1 run per 30min, per character. 5 Characters = you can do this infinitely. Additionally we have found a way to reset it, allowing me to do 5 runs per 30mins instead which makes me hit instance cap. I very verbally state that the gold/hr is based on active time farming and its a farm you combine with another activity like either farming in the open world or a 2nd character or lvl an alt :)

No it's not LMAO wtf dude I literally state its based on active farming. This is how you calculate gold when you Instance Farms, unless you spend 12minutes per instance. Not misleading at all, I'm literally giving a gold/hr based on ACTIVE TIME SPENT FARMING. Either way stop focusing on the gold/hr, the gold/hr is just meant to show how good the farm is, that number will go up/down based on YOUR server, YOUR faction, YOUR professions, YOUR speed, YOUR class, and supply vs demand. @@Adam-zp7bj

You didn’t post this video out of benevolence or for content. You posted this so Blizzard nerfs it into the ground to drive the price of Stranglekelp and Pearls higher so you can sell stockpiles of pearls you bought cheaply after the price falls, and then you posted a link to this video on the SoD general channel to get it to blow up faster. It’s scummy to ruin gold farms just because you’re trying to get it nerfed for your own gains.
